1. Introduction

• Client introduces themselves and their role
• Altus Team introductions and roles
• CSA Introduction Example:

  As Client Success Associate, my job is to be a point of contact and help you with the needs of your campus and address support concerns. I’m here to quickly resolve challenges and work with our internal team to support your success with ImagingCampus.

2. ACR Requirements Review for Imaging Centers

• Annual MRI Safety Training (Level I & II) – per ACR Manual on MRI Safety 2024
• MR Screening Form – Required for all MRI staff
• Annual Dose Reduction Training – Required for those performing CT procedures
• Radiation Safety – Governed by state licensure requirements
• Ask the client if they have any questions

3. Platform Features Review

a. End-Users

• Verification Code
• User Profile (Page 1, 2, 3)
  • Required by ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • Must be complete to generate a course certificate
• Course Enrollment
• CE Wallet
• MR Screening Form
• Implants & Device Lookup (Beta)
  • Provide quick demo and gather client feedback

b. Administrators

• Login to Admin Page
• Campus User Management
  • Date Verified
  • View Enrollments
    • See enrolled courses
    • Download completed certificates
    • Assign individual courses with target dates
  • Remove User
    • Removes campus verification, but preserves course and certificate data
  • Bulk Course Assignment (bottom of user management page)
• Reporting
  • Active Campus User Report (enrollments + completions)
  • Date-based report generation
• Campus FAQs
• MR Screening Form (Admin View)
  • Shows completion status for all verified users
  • Admins can review submitted forms

4. Custom Course Hosting

• If your facility has internal courses you’d like hosted for staff, we can upload them to your ImagingCampus.
