ImagingCampus Platform – Technical & Access Information

1. User Setup, Access, and Connection Requirements

  • Who sets up users? Users create their own accounts via a registration link and verification code.
  • Connection requirements: No special connection is needed. Compatible with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari – updated within 18 months).
  • On-site access required? No. Users can log in from any secure internet connection. There is no need to restrict to outward-facing IPs.
  • Special PC requirements for testing? No special hardware is needed. Post-tests can be completed from desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.

  • Employee Name: Yes
  • SSN: No
  • Date of Birth: No
  • Security and retention: User activity and completion data are retained for 10 years. All data is stored securely in a HIPAA-compliant environment with encryption in transit and at rest.

3. Certificate Printing Requirements

  • Printer requirements: None. Certificates are downloadable PDFs and printable from any standard printer.

4. Course Format and Technical Requirements

  • Plugins required: None.
  • Supported devices: Courses and tests are accessible on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

5. Completion Tracking, Email Notifications, and Renewals

  • Level II MRI Training included? Yes. ImagingCampus includes Level I and Level II MRI training options.
  • Completion notifications to HR/Education? Completion reports can be downloaded by administrators. Email notifications can also be enabled.
  • Renewal reminders: Yes. Automated reminders can be configured based on expiration timelines.

6. System Uptime and Maintenance

  • SLA/Uptime: 99.9% uptime guarantee.
  • Maintenance windows: Scheduled maintenance typically occurs after 5 PM CST or on Sundays. Clients are notified in advance if downtime is expected.
