1. Purpose

This SOP defines the standardized process for obtaining and maintaining AVIR ACE accreditation for courses offered through AltusCampus and the ImagingCampus Product. It ensures compliance, consistency, and audit readiness across all CE activities.

2. Application Guidelines

  • All applications must be submitted online via the AVIR ACE portal.
  • Incomplete applications are not reviewed and will delay approval.

7. Accreditation Period Policy

Compliance Courses

Applies to Advanced MRI Safety, Managing Patient Radiation Dose in CT, and Radiation Safety.

  • Accreditation Period: December 15 – December 15 of the following year.
  • Renewal Due: November 15 annually.

Non-Compliance Courses

  • Accredited ad hoc for 1 year from approval date.

8. Participation Verification Policy

  • Verification Method: Post-Test
  • Questions: 10
  • Passing Score: 75%

Stored in AltusCampus SharePoint → Operations → AltusLearn → [Course Title – Year].
