Deploying an ImagingCampus

Platform: AltusCampus LMS – ImagingCampus
? Background: Sales & Deployment Structure
- ImagingCampus is sold by a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or a Customer Success Associate (CSA) under the direction of a CSM.
- Once the deal is closed, the CSA is responsible for deployment and onboarding.
? 1. Deployment Preparation Checklist
- Verify deal status in HubSpot:
- Must be “Closed – Won (SaaS)” in the AltusCampus Pipeline
- Confirm both:
- Current Year Deal (active)
- Renewal Deal (in AltusCampus SaaS Renewals Pipeline, status: “Recently Renewed”)
- Confirm a subscription has been created for the renewal
- Review and update customer contacts and company association in HubSpot
- Confirm ImagingCenter name, location, and main contact
- Assign internal deployment lead → CSA
- Determine seat count from HubSpot deal
✅ CSA is responsible for verifying and updating all CRM records before proceeding.
? 2. Log in to AltusCampus LMS Administration

Use AltusCampus admin credentials.
? 3. Navigate to the Network Dashboard
- Click “My Sites” (top-right)
- Select Network Admin → Dashboard
? 4. Add a New ImagingCampus Site
- Hover over “Sites” on the left menu
- Select “Add New ImagingCampus Site”
? Required Fields – Completed by CSA
- Site Address (URL): Format: [slug].imagingcampus.com (e.g., ah.imagingcampus.com)
- Site Title: Format: [Corporate Name] ImagingCampus
- Site Image: Use logo from client or client website (PNG preferred)
- Verification Code: Short identifier (e.g., ah-2025); CSA judgment
- Verification User Limit: Total seat count sold (e.g., 25, 100)
? 5. Create the ImagingCampus Site
Review all form entries and click
“Add Imaging Campus Site”. The site will appear in the Sites list.
? 6. Post-Site Creation Tasks
✅ Step 1: Confirm the Site URL Works
- Open the site URL in a browser or incognito window
- Verify the site loads, shows the correct Site Title/Image, and does not show errors
✅ Step 2: Follow-Up – Confirm Campus Admin User Creation (1 Week After Delivery)
- Log into the ImagingCampus LMS admin panel
- Check for at least one user under “Users”
- If no user exists, email client with registration link
- Assign the Campus Admin role once a user is present
✅ Step 3: Send ImagingCampus Delivery Email to Client
- Use HubSpot template: AltusCampus: Email: ImagingCampus Initial Product Delivery
- View Template in HubSpot
- Send to the client’s primary contact

- ImagingCampus URL: e.g., https://ah.imagingcampus.com
- Enrollment Code: Argus eLearning – > Preferences – > Minisite
- Campus Administration Code: See instructions below

- Go to

- Click Pages → Find page titled “Administration”
- Click Edit
- On the right side under Password Protect, copy the password
✅ Once the email is sent, the deployment is complete. Schedule any follow-ups as needed.
